He's climbed the trees. Now he helps tree surgeons climb their revenue.

Harry is the founder of PositivProfit. He grew up working alongside his father in the family landscaping and tree surgery firm — climbing, ground crew, learning the kit, learning the trade hands-on. He holds a Level 3 qualification in Forestry and Arboriculture, which means when he talks to a tree surgeon about their work, he genuinely understands it.

A few years ago Harry started his own business, H2O Harry, an exterior cleaning company. Building it taught him a hard lesson most tradespeople already know: you can be the best on the tools and still struggle to fill the diary if the right people don't know you exist. He learned to run his own ads, brought in real customers, and saw firsthand the difference good marketing makes when it's actually built around the trade.
